Northwoods Murder Suspect Surrenders

CLAYTON, Mo. (KMOX) – A woman accused of killing a Northwoods man by setting his house on fire is now in police custody.

St. Louis County officers say 36-year-old Lakieshia Lane surrendered to authorities on Friday night.

She faces charges of first-degree murder and first-degree arson for the July 6th incident.

Forty-nine-year-old Dana Williams died in the fire in the 3800 block of Nelson Drive.

A judge set Lakieshia Lane’s bond at half-a-million dollars.
