ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – Missouri makes the top 10 for most obese states for adults, while Illinois is in the top 10 for childhood obesity.
The 13th annual State of Obesity report is just out, ranking Missouri at No. 10 for its adult obesity rate. Illinois is at No. 18.
