Two 14-Year-Olds Arrested for Murder of 71-Year-Old Man

JENNINGS, Mo. (KMOX) – Two 14-year-olds are in custody, and a 16-year-old is being sought, for Friday morning’s murder of a 71-year-old man in Jennings.

Steven White, of the 4600 block of Seattle Street in Northwoods, was found at about 1:30 a.m. Friday outside a home in the 8700 block of College Avenue. He had been shot at least once. White died later at a hospital.

The two who have been arrested are in custody of the County Family Court. St. Louis County Police aren’t saying why White was shot.
