ST. LOUIS (KMOX) — A fourth person has been charged in connection with the shooting death of Monica Shaw in the Central West End.
The Circuit Attorney charged Damonte Dixon, 18, of O’Fallon, Mo. with second degree murder and armed criminal action — he’s being held on a $1 million cash only bond.
Dixon faces charges along with Xavier Perkins and Ronald Harris of O’Fallon and Jermaine Stabler of St. Louis. They were allegedly in the city to buy marijuana — Perkins allegedly shot and killed Shaw late the night of September 12th.
