Crestwood Announces Planned Raises for Police, Fire

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – While some cities still wrestle with what to do with Prop P funds, Crestwood says it will use them for their stated intention: providing raises for police officers and firefighters.

In a release, city officials say they plan to use their $525 thousand share of the revenues to make police pay more competitive with the regional market.

The raises are contingent on Aldermen passing the proposed 2018 budget.
