The Missouri Department of Transportation says it will apply the “high friction surface treatment” to a pair of curves on U.S. 54 and Missouri 179 in Jefferson City.
The Highway Patrol says Sepid Salem told a passenger in his car that he “had an urge” so he pulled over near Devil’s Elbow, stepped out of his car, and fired four or five shots across the highway.
