A Missouri House Democrat has introduced legislation that would repeal the state’s ban on gay marriage.
“I think it’s going to go right down to the wire,” says Rep. Mike Colona, D-St. Louis. As for the Missouri Senate, Sen. Joe Keaveny hopes the Senate doesn’t even bring the bill up for a vote.

Of the three bills discussed, two would make text messaging while driving a primary offense, allowing an officer to stop a driver solely for texting.
