Bishop Derrick Robinson of Kingdom Destiny Fellowship Church in St. Louis told MSNBC that he believes Williams was “set up” by police after meeting with him.
“We had leads pouring in not only from the area here, but as far away as the East Coast departments trying to assist us,” chief Jon Belmar says.

A former St. Louis city officer is accused of giving a 12-inch shotgun to a man storing crack cocaine and marijuana at a house in the 3800 block of Cottage Avenue.
“The officer discharged his pistol three times at the driver in fear of his life as well as the life of the juvenile female in the rear seat,” says a release from the department.
