Nixon Vetoes Missouri Bill to Limit Local Wage, Bag Laws

Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon on Friday vetoed legislation that would have blocked cities from raising local wages and restricting use of plastic bags, a move Nixon called a “power grab” by state lawmakers.
